Our Saturday morning class for ages 14 and up is an exhilarating, fast-paced session designed to help you develop powerful striking techniques and improve overall fitness. Suitable for both beginners and those with prior experience, this class provides a supportive environment where students can challenge themselves and learn practical self-defense methods.
