We try our best not to take children until they are at least five years of age. Although it’s extremely rare; at times we have met some exceptional four year olds that qualified to study martial arts. Click how to get started to find out how you can determine if your child is ready.

Of course not! Bitanga’s Martial Arts Center has taught people in their mid-seventies; and currently has students practicing in their sixties. These individuals enjoy the benefits that they can receive  such as; low impact exercise, better flexibility, improved confidence, and much more! Please remember that martial arts isn’t just for children! If you have medical difficulties we would appreciate that you get a medical clearance from your doctor before beginning your journey.

No, we understand that people have lives and can get busy. With that said we are open five days a week and offer classes every day that we are open. You can come in as little or as often as your schedule can fit. No worries!

Absolutely not! The size of the student body allows us to separate classes, based on age. Don’t worry, you won’t be little Johnny’s striking target.

No, Sensei Donald Bitanga holds a 6th degree black belt in Shorin-ryu karate and is the founder/ head of the American Asian Combat System. This allows us to hold testing at our facility; keeping you from traveling great distances to seek a belt promotion.
